In the small Indian village of Mandwa, Vijay Dinanath Chauhan (Hrithik Roshan) is taught by his principled father about the path of fire—Agneepath. His life is completely shattered when the evil drug lord Kancha (Sanjay Dutt) hangs his father to death. Vijay leaves for Bombay with his pregnant mother and has only one mission in life—to come back to Mandwa and bring back the glory of his father's name.

In Bombay, 12-year-old Vijay is taken under the wing of the city gang lord Rauf Lala (Rishi Kapoor). From then on it is a journey of revenge where he makes and breaks many relationships only to get closer to his aim. Vijay finds support in his best friend Kaali (Priyanka Chopra), who stands by him at every moment in his life. Fifteen years later, his hatred for Kancha takes him back to Mandwa where life comes full circle.

The account of that week was published some years later as "My Week with Marilyn." When Arthur Miller left England, Colin had the opportunity to introduce Marilyn to some of the pleasures of British life; an idyllic week in which he escorted a celebrity desperate to get away from her retinue of Hollywood hangers-on and the pressures of work.

As World War II rages, the black pilots of the experimental Tuskegee training program have to fight racial discrimination within the military. International Security Affairs agent Jon (Jay Chou) is on a dangerous mission to escort a criminal scientist to another country. En route, a member of his team turns out to be a traitor and shoots Jon in the head while kidnapping the scientist.
